Orders are always placed for delivery the following week and they need to be placed before Saturday 11 pm of the current week.


You can choose from our breakfast, lunch and dinner menu or any combination of the 3 for 6 days.

Looking to add some more protein to your meals? Don’t like pumpkin or kumara? You can optimize your Paleo meals as per your requirements by selecting any of the following options:

  • Paleo Plus
  • Upsize Meal
  • Upsize Protein
  • Keto
  • No Pumpkin / Kumara
  • Extra Sauce

Don’t need Thursday lunch? Or need only Mon-Fri meals? 

Just click “I want to customize my meals/days” and order meals as per your choice for the week.

The calorie count in the Paleo meals vary varies from meal to meal. We base our meals on 200g protein, 100g vegetables, and 100g pumpkin or kumara.

  • Cutting down on carbs? You can substitute these with mixed vegetables or green vegetables

All our Super Fit meals come with a 15ml container of paleo friendly sauce per meal.

In winter, we offer a variety of healthy soups to enjoy

All meals are recommended to be kept for 3-4 days in the fridge and then must be frozen for no longer than 2-3 months. Meals containing salad cannot be frozen.
